At The Pickle Guys, we take pride in the quality of our hand-packed products; however, due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, immediately check your jars for any signs of leakage or breakage that may have occurred during transit.
Document Issues
If there is a problem, take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box to help us process your claim.

Resolution
Once verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement immediately.
